At the end of the path of volcanic sand, you will find Jungle Oasis Bungalow. From here, the rumblings of the volcano sound like the distant rumbles of thunder.
The bungalows are spread in a colourful garden. Rest rooms are located close to the bungalows. The place is quiet and Kelson, a dynamic manager, does his best to realise your wishes.
In the distance guests can hear the howling of the volcano, which do not disturb the singing of the birds who have been used to living for a long time near Mount Yasur.
The bungalows are made of traditional materials. All the beds are provided with mosquito nets. Electricity is available every evening for lighting and electric devices ( telephones and cameras charging, etc.). Meals are good and made from fresh products.
If you travel with Kelson to reach the bungalows, you will stop all along the road to make purchases of fruits and vegetables. Small markets abound offer great occasions to discover the local products: plaits of tobacco, roots of kava, exotic fruits and vegetables. And then there's Imaio custom village which is a an open gate to discover the lifestyle of 'man Tanna' unchanged, or almost, from immemorial time, located next to the bungalows.
