Day 1


Espiritu Santo - Luganville

Afternoon

Arrive in Luganville, Espiritu Santo via Brisbane the airline of your choice (Air Vanuatu, Pacific Blue) and transfer to your accommodation by taxi, or airport transfer buses.

Evening

As Espiritu Santo offers a variety of culinary experiences for all food lovers from French cuisine to modern Asian-fusion and delectable fresh seafood, there is a variety of restaurants that scatter around in town where you can have dinner on your first night. Or similarly dinner can be served at your resort or hotel at your own choice.

Day 2


Espiritu Santo - Luganville

Morning

Try Quad Biking with Santo Splash Extreme.

Splash Extreme offers some fantastic quad bike trails on our Yamaha YZF 450cc Raptors, featuring a variety of jungle trails all of which can cater towards any skill level and a thirst for adventure. For fans of the faster things in life, this is not to be missed.

Afternoon & into evening

Sail away on Hobie Cats.

Enjoy an afternoon out at sea on a 16ft Hobie Cat, and see who can fly a hull or relax while cruising along the beach. Then just before sun down, its worth checking out Santo's new Slipaway Sports Bar n' Grill.

Day 3


Espiritu Santo - Luganville

Morning

Dive the Coolidge.

The SS President Coolidge is the largest dive wreck in the world and it's situated in Santo. The 22,000 ton luxury liner converted to troop ship sank fully laden during the second world war, just a few metres off the beach. The front holds are jammed with the machinery of war such as guns, helmets, gas masks and personal effects are scattered across the promenade deck and bow.

The Coolidge is suitable for both novice and advanced divers with novices able to dive the shallow sections of the wreck. Most reefs begin in shallow water (ten metres or less) and drop away to varying depths. Book with any of the dive operators on Santo.

Afternoon

Visit Vatthe Conservation Forest, with Espiritu Santo Cultural Tours. You will be picked up at your hotel and driven up further north, where your guide will take you to Vanuatu's first national park, Vathe Conservation Area. With its black sand beach, stunning nature walks, and incredible bird watching, it's an eco-adventure of a lifetime you won't want to miss.

Day 4


Espiritu Santo - Luganville

Morning

Your host, Oga Wriley and his team, will take you to Riri River and on arrival, you will hop in an outrigger canoe for an hour paddle up the river before arriving at a beautiful, massive, inland blue hole. Relax, swim for an hour and take photos. Your guide will then lead you back to the bus where you will be picked up and taken to your lunch refreshment spot before departing for the airport which will take half an hour.

Afternoon

Depart Santo for Ambrym.

Ambrym

Trek to twin volcanoes Marum and Benbow - Your journey starts here!

Trekking in Ambrym can be extremely dangerous and lead to serious injuries. All information is only intended as an aid for adventurous hikers and cannot guarantee safety. For your safety and the safety of those around you, please use all the available resources to you, and educate yourself about the environment, wilderness safety, and first aid before trekking to Mount Marum and Benbow.

Trekking to Mount Marum and Benbow and back will take a whole day and guests need to be very fit.

Day 6


Ambrym

Morning

Rest and recoup at your bungalow.

Afternoon

Visit the local gardens and learn about a villager's livelihood on Ambrym. Bungalows hosts are always happy to take you to their gardens if you ask.

Day 7


Efate - Port Vila

Morning

Depart Ambrym for Port Vila (Allow 1 hour for check-in time for all domestic flights and note there is a provincial departure tax of 200 VT per person to pay at each domestic airport after your check-in). Arrive in Vila and transfer to your hotel or resort.

Afternoon

Hydro Zorb with Wet n' Wild (Monday to Saturday). Brace yourself for the most unique experience and adventure of your life. Roll down the picturesque Mele hills inside a 2.5m giant inflatable hydro ball. Simply add water, and you'll slip and slide your way down the hill inside the best waterslide ever! Warning – you will get wet and have great fun! Pre-booking is required as minimum groups apply.

Day 8


Efate - Port Vila

Morning

Go fish.

With a range of options from shared charters, 3, 4, or 8 hour day trips, live-aboard game fishing, sightseeing trips, sport fishing charters and light game fishing tackling to test skills against tunas, Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, Albacore and Marlin, there is plenty on offer that can be customized to suit guest requirements where possible. Choose any of Vila's fishing operators.

Afternoon

An afternoon of recoup, and relaxation. Then get ready for your sunset cruise.

Evening

Enjoy a sunset cruise of Port Vila Habour with Meridian Charters, leaving nightly before sunset from Iririki Jetty. Supplied onboard is French red and white wines, beer, and orange juice, plus freshly made gourmet finger foods. Enjoy the beautiful tropical sunset, good company, music, great catering and see the moon come up over the water as you cruise in paradise in a cocktail-party like atmosphere, and for couples, it can get very romantic on tranquil waters.

Day 9


Efate - Port Vila

Morning - Shopping and Duty Free

Visit the local fruit and vege market in town. Port Vila is Vanuatu's only duty-free port and is a shopper's delight with its colourful blend of French, English and Melanesian cultures. French perfume, champagne and patisseries can be found alongside souvenir outlets, jewellery and gift shops, and fashion wear including brightly coloured sarongs and-printed t-shirts, board shorts and beachwear.

Afternoon

Tone down after an intense 9 days and indulge your senses with an array of divine day-spa magic in Port Vila.
